JohnALLANPeacefully in hospital on 19th June aged 91 years Jack, dearly loved by his wife Doreen, daughter Julie and son in-law Gary. Jack will be sadly missed by his family, friends and staff and residents at the Heatherfield Care Home Annitsford.

Service and Cremation at Tynemouth Crematorium on Tuesday 8th July at 11.15am.

Family and friends please meet at the Crematorium.
